Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns
- Items damaged during shipping or arriving defective must be reported with video and photo evidence before return shipping. AGR Sports LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
- If damage is not reported prior to return, the client assumes responsibility for the item's condition, and the refund may be rejected.
- Items must have been purchased directly from agrbikes.com or AGR-authorized distributors.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Restocking Fee
- For non-defective or undamaged returns, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the client is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- If the wrong item is shipped, AGR Sports LLC will cover shipping costs for the exchange.
- If the client orders the wrong size or wishes to exchange for another item, they are responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
- Clients must file for a refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing typically takes 10–15 business days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on the bank.
